MOU between RC Beirut Hills and NDM School

In order to start the establishment of the Pilot Project “Civic Education for Peacebuilding”, a General meeting was held on Wednesday November 21st , 2018 at the Notre Dame de Mousseitbeh School, where a Memorandum of Understanding was signed between President Rita Haddad (RC Beirut Hills) and Dr. Randa Saadeh Zein (School Principal of NDM ), under the presence of AG Assaf Salhab, District Secretary PP David Zein, Rtn Varouj Betalian and number of the heads of department in the school.

The Director of the NDM School, Dr. Randa Saadeh Zein, start by welcoming the Rotarians, mentioning the importance of this project, in order to end the violence in our beloved country that require to consolidate the concept of civic education to build peace among the builder of the future – because youth is our future.

On the other side, President Rita Haddad, who was very content by visiting the students and listening to their thoughts, thanked the management of the school and showed interest to make this project a real success.
